A national dental corporation was struggling with control and organization of their decor, signage, and graphics products. They needed an experienced provider to manage their print, manufacture it in-house, and install it in over 1,000 stores nationwide. In addition, the client needed an easy-to-use, print on demand system so that store associates could order their own specific materials. This brand needed an expert vendor who was agile and could eliminate costs where they had blind spots. We were up for the challenge!

Reduce cost by managing, maintaining, installing, and producing print products for 1,000+ nationwide dental locations.
02_Solution
We created a work cell within our plant to focus solely on their print products. We produced and managed all their new store decor and signage including installs and ongoing frequent graphic changes and promotions. We also provided a custom storefront integrated with our print line.
This allowed franchises to order their bespoke products directly from us without disrupting their corporate marketing team. Our print management program delivered time and cost savings; so much so that soon we managed two of their other nationwide wellness brands.
